Oh wow! So much jingle-jangle and it does parse!
I tries to read it out loud and clearly I need more practice.
(One feels this tongue-twister may have been more popular in some quarters than in others.)

Oh wow, this did take a bit to parse, but quite tricky and fun. I imagine it was more likely said in the dark corners than in the playroom. LOL
